Before consuming any Eat Fit Kitchen products, please consider that they are produced in facilities that handle the following ingredients; milk, egg’s, soya, seafood, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, gluten, (from wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt) and celery. It is not possible to guarantee the total absence of these ingredients in any of our products. Eat Fit Kitchen Pty Ltd is not liable for any allergic reactions. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the consumer to collect their meal order between the time stated. In the event that the order is not collected, Eat Fit Kitchen are not responsible for the safe keeping of your meals. We are unable to let you pick up meals that have expired due to health and safety regulations and in these cases your food will be disposed of as per our strict handling procedures.

If you have requested home delivery, it is up the direction of the consumer to collect them, and move them in to a fridge within 4 hours of being delivered.

It is recommended to consume fish or seafood meals within the first 2 days of delivery for freshness.  Meals will last between 3-4 days in the fridge below 4 degree Celsius from delivery.

Exclusion of Liability and Condition of Use

You agree as a condition of your use of this website that Eat Fit Kitchen Pty Ltd and its Director(s) and servants, will not be held liable for any loss (including but not limited to personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, damage to your computer or loss of data stored on it, consequential loss or loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from your use of this website, and whether any such loss arises from Eat Fit Kitchen breach of any contract or implied contract, negligence or other tort or wilful act. This clause applies to the extent permissible by law and no attempt is made by Eat Fit Kitchen to exclude or modify liability that is imposed by statute and which may not be excluded or modified. Refund & Returns Policy

The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must email us at within 6 hours to organise replacement meals on the next available cooking day.

Failure to contact Eat Fit Kitchen within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.

Should a member or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.

Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for 24 hrs before we discard the product.

Orders not collected within the designated times stated on the website for the pick location, will be disposed of as per our Health & Safety Policies.

Eat Fit Kitchen may refund money in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end or if  you have been incorrectly charged.

All products/orders must be returned in their original condition.

Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Eat Fit Kitchen will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the customer.

Eat Fit Kitchen will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Eat fit Kitchen is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. Eat Fit Kitchen uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
